Student Residence and Housing Unit is one of several units parked under the Student Affairs Office. The SRH is committed to providing our students with a healthy residential environment and services that will support the learning and development process of our students. We are committed to:
  • Providing a safe and secure, comfortable and clean living environment
  • Ensuring our residents are given opportunities for personal development and growth
  • Understanding and being responsive to the needs of our resident-students collectively and individually
  • Supporting the Academia in ensuring our resident-students are encouraged to engage in healthy lifestyles activities to maintain a healthy body and a sound mind and body
All freshmen are encouraged to reside on-campus for their first semester at UCSI University. All international students are required to enroll in our Residential Hall for their first semester here.


On-Campus Residential Hall

The University offers a comprehensive on-campus accommodation service for students wishing to live on-campus. Currently, we have:
  • Residential Hall Kuala Lumpur Campus - South Wing
  • Residential Hall Kuala Lumpur Campus - North Wing
  • Residential Hall Kuala Terengganu Campus
Our Residential Halls provide twin-sharing rooms with air-conditioner or without air-conditioner. The Hall is segregated into male and female quarters and are equipped with a common visiting area for family and friends. The Residential Halls provide the following services:
  • A launderette
  • An in-house cafeteria
  • Board Games such as chess, carrom, checkers
  • 24 hours wireless Internet service
  • Individual room cleaning
  • Shower rooms with hot water
  • A TV lounge for each floor
  • Surau (Prayer Rooms)
  • 24-hour security

Off-Campus Accommodation

Angkasa Condo is one of the popular and convenient off-campus accommodations for UCSI University students. It is a ‘walking distance’ to UCSI University, shops, banks and restaurants. It offers sharing and single room with the choice of air-conditioner or without air-conditioner. There will be a 24-hour security service to ensure the safety of students and safeguard the premises.
