Our integrated learning approach combines both structure and creativity to ensure a pronounced improvement in Business Communication skills. Different from our Business English Course, The Business Communication Course focuses mainly on the verbal aspect of communication.  Our numerous case studies give students a chance to practise what they have learned. Objective At the end of this course, students should be able to: Converse well with customers, clients and co-workers in English Understand the meaning and use of many business related words Solve business related problems with a systematic approach Programme Outline These are the topics covered during the course: Formal English vs. Informal English Common mistakes made by English learners Case Studies: Interviewing potential workers Conflict resolution and negotiating skills Speaking to clients Conducting successful meetings Customer service: Dealing with complaints Methodology The workshop combines a structured and integrated learning approach to English communication.  We combine the basics of English Language and apply them to the daily needs of your business. Who Should Attend The course is beneficial for working adults who need further enhancement in spoken English communication with emphasis on improving their functional usage of grammar. Duration The course is 16 hours long over a period of two days.  However, we can modify the duration of the course to satisfy your needs. Participants Up to 20 students.
